The old Latin proverb “Mens sana in corpore sano”, or “A healthy mind in a healthy body” has always been one of my main life mottos. In these crazy uncertain times, we surely need a good dose of mental sanity, as well as titanium immune system, which can only be maintained by a proper nutrition. Proper nutrition = consuming foods that truly feed every single cell of our body.

As it usually goes, theory is not a rocket science, but occasionally it does get a bit tricky with a real life application. How many times per week do you ask yourself: “Hm, what should I eat today?” Then your mind instantly blocks, and eventually you end up nibbling on store bought/restaurant ordered ready to go meal accompanied by that heavenly looking totally E ingredients friendly dessert…
